A reservation book with a credit card will guarantee your rate.

 

To make your reservation, click on Reservations or call 718-321-7779 , fax 718-321-7308, or email the following information to sales@asiatichotelnyc.com.

• Your credit card number and expiration date. ​(You can spell out the numbers i.e. Five Four Six Five, Two Zero etc.)
• The dates of stay
• Room type you would reserve
• Your name as it appears on your credit card
• Check in time is 3 P.M. Checkout time is 12:00pm
• Rollaway beds are extra charge
• Valid photo ID & credit card upon check in
• Must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation

 

Please note reservations will not be made without valid credit card details.

We do not charge anything on your credit card at time of reservation, we just hold the credit card numbers as guarantee. If you do not show up and do not cancel we will charge your credit card one nights room and tax. We accept Visa/Master Card and Discover.

 

Please note, we realize plans can change unexpectedly. Please contact the hotel if you are not able to arrive on the date of check-in. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed reservations by 6pm on the date of scheduled arrival.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival date (Eastern Standard Time) in order to avoid a charge of 1 night room and tax to your credit card.  Except where noted otherwise.

ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO PRESENT A CREDIT CARD UPON CHECK IN WITH PROPER PHOTO IDENTIFICATION.

We regret that no pets are allowed in the hotel.

Smoking is not allowed in the room. We will have to assess a $250 fine if the room is left with cigarette odor.
